2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jdslot. By registering an Account, logging in, or otherwise accessing any portion of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.
2.2 jdslot reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Where amendments are material, jdslot will provide reasonable notice to Members via the registered email address or an in-platform notification.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by jdslot, including without limitation casino games, live dealer tables, the sportsbook, and any promotional programmes.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on jdslot. jdslot operates a strict minimum age policy. Where jdslot reasonably suspects that a Member is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended pending identity verification. Any funds deposited by a Member subsequently found to be under 21 will not be returned.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. 3.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on jdslot. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of name variation, email address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of jdslot, including immediate family members of such persons, are not permitted to open Accounts or participate in real-money play on the Platform.
4.1 To access jdslot's real-money games, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jdslot will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your Account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). jdslot is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents: Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
4.4 You must notify jdslot immediately if any registered Account information changes, particularly your email address, mobile number, or bank account details used for withdrawals.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on jdslot is MYR 30 unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer. jdslot does not impose a maximum deposit limit; however, large deposits may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and, where approved, processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform at the time of request. jdslot processes the majority of verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. A Member must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed. jdslot reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC, AML review, or wagering requirement verification. Where a bonus has been applied to an Account, the corresponding wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on jdslot are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jdslot does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not conduct currency conversion on your behalf.
5.6 Fees. jdslot does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which jdslot accepts no responsibility.
6.1 jdslot may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentive programmes to Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are set out in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be used within any expiry period stated in the promotion terms — expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. jdslot monitors Member accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine game participation, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or use of technical exploits. Where bonus abuse is detected, jdslot reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, remove any winnings derived from that bonus, and close the Account.
6.4 jdslot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to Members who have met the qualifying criteria.
7.1 Each game available on jdslot is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of conflict between a specific game's rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical failure during a game session that prevents the proper completion of a round or the correct determination of an outcome, jdslot will make reasonable efforts to honour legitimate wager outcomes. Where an outcome cannot be reliably determined, the relevant wager may be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Wallet. jdslot's determination in such matters is final.
7.3 Disconnection. jdslot is not responsible for connectivity issues experienced by the Member. Where a disconnection occurs mid-round, the game outcome is governed by the provider's disconnection policy, which is accessible within the relevant game.
7.4 Sportsbook. All sportsbook wagers are subject to jdslot's sports betting rules, including rules governing void bets, partial settlement, rule 4 deductions, and in-play betting restrictions. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. jdslot reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity concerns.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jdslot and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

12.1 The jdslot Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jdslot makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any information displayed on the Platform.
12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, jdslot's aggregate liability to any Member for any claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 12 months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
12.3 jdslot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
12.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit jdslot's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 jdslot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached this Agreement, is engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach, jdslot reserves the right to withhold any Account balance pending investigation. Where fraud is established, such funds may be forfeited.
13.3 A Member may request Account closure at any time by contacting jdslot customer support. Members who are self-excluding should use the self-exclusion tool rather than a standard Account closure request to ensure appropriate measures are taken.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which jdslot is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising between jdslot and a Member shall first be subject to jdslot's internal complaints procedure.
14.2 Complaints Procedure. Members who wish to raise a complaint should contact jdslot customer support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. jdslot will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a resolution within 10 business days. If the resolution is unsatisfactory, the Member may escalate the matter to jdslot's licensing authority via the applicable dispute resolution process.
15.1 jdslot may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jdslot will notify Members via registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where the amendment is required immediately by law or regulatory directive.
15.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request Account closure before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
